IPKIS offers PV combiner boxes designed for use in 1000V DC voltage solar distribution systems. These DC combiner boxes are tailored to accommodate 8 to 12 parallel voltage inputs, ensuring safety with a robust photovoltaic protection system including dedicated DC input fuses, a plastic shell DC output circuit breaker, and a specialized lightning protection module.

Moreover, these boxes can be customized with anti-backflow diodes, meeting even higher distribution demands as required by solar distribution businesses.

2.Product Features

· Our PV DC combiner boxes boast self-developed SMC fiberglass-reinforced plastic strips in-house, ensuring excellent sealing, robustness, and resistance to corrosion.

· Each component is meticulously selected to align with the combiner box’s voltage level and is certified by esteemed organizations like TUV and CE.

· Our PV DC combiner boxes are shaped using a 630-ton molding press, forming a fiberglass-reinforced plastic casing that is securely sealed with silicone rubber gaskets, achieving an impressive IP67 protection rating.

· Internal live parts are shielded by flame-retardant, anti-static, and high-temperature-resistant PC transparent covers.

· The arrangement of fuses and circuit breakers is methodical, with clear markings corresponding to precisely labeled input and output connectors located at the bottom of the box, thereby minimizing the potential for wiring errors.

· IKPIS offers waterproof connectors with IP68 protection rating or MC4 connectors.

· The internal connecting wires strictly adhere to IEC specifications, utilizing specialized photovoltaic cables.

· IKPIS prioritizes convenience in our design. Input fuses and output circuit breakers are arranged vertically for ease of on-site maintenance and operation.

· Additionally, ample space is allocated beneath the fuses/breakers, facilitating effortless on-site wiring.
