Our engineering and research team is comprised of solar technology experts with over two decades of experience in developing and manufacturing photovoltaic products, such as distribution boxes, combiner boxes, and photovoltaic fuses. IPKIS occupies a 2800 square meter area with a production capacity of 800,000 units. We have over 300 sets of in-house mold equipment and five automatic production lines.

Our equipment includes 600T/400T thermoforming machines, 100T/200T/350T injection molding machines, 25T/45T high-precision punching presses, CNC perforation machines, laser marking machines, UV printing machines, ultrasonic welding machines, automatic fuse production lines, automatic dispensing machines, and automatic soldering machines.

Starting from product design and development, the PV components have undergone a series of steps. These include injection molding, thermoforming (thermo-compression molding), stamping, inspections, automatic assembly line checks, CNC perforating, laser marking, UV printing, laboratory testing, and packaging.

IPKIS delivers high-quality PV protection products backed by international certifications and rigorous testing. Our product line complies with IEC 60947-3 and AS 60947-3 standards, and holds ISO 9001:2015, TUV, and CE certifications, ensuring global quality from R&D to production.

We implement comprehensive tests including IP66, salt spray, temperature cycling, flame retardancy, mechanical strength, voltage withstand, RoHS, and component-specific checks.
