IPKIS offers plastic cable glands, a solution tailored for seamless compatibility with photovoltaic combiner boxes. Our offerings include the German AC-PG series and metric AC-M series cable glands. To meet industry demands, we have established stringent production standards. The outer layer is crafted from UL Yellow Card-certified PA66 engineering plastic, ensuring long-lasting durability. The clamping ring is constructed from nitrile rubber, known for its resilience against aging and UV exposure, allowing for reliable operation within a temperature range of -40°C to +120°C.
With an impressive IP68 protection rating, these glands are designed to prevent dust accumulation when not in use, thanks to the sealed clamping ring. For added convenience, the clamping ring remains sealed before threading, effortlessly opening during wiring. Additionally, recognizing the polarity needs in photovoltaic setups, we offer color-coded options in red and black for easy identification of positive and negative poles.
